Cosmed Group's process control system leads the sterilization industry into the modern age of Management Execution Systems (MES) by incorporating inventory data with process control decisions. Integrating validated process tolerances into process decisions with a facility wide control philosophy, the system dramatically decreases the rate of process non-conformities, reduces door to door sterilization time, and decreases in process inventory. The system performs quality control checks at the completion of each process phase and provides a precise report of process conditions, reducing the burden of post processing quality review. Through a secure web interface the system provides remote visibility of delivery, processing and shipping schedules.
